Hi, I’m Shaina


My passion for fitness + yoga started over 6 years ago. I fell in love with yoga first and then started incorporating other bodyweight workouts to my at-home routine.

I have seen and felt myself get stronger and healthier over the years and feel a passion towards home workouts and bodyweight movement. Wanting to find a way to share my routine and workouts with others, I came up and wrote my first Bodyweight Blast series.

My dream is to one day have my own studio to share both my love for yoga and my passion for creative and intentional movement.
